Majkl

Majkl was a mistake.

He just wasn't supposed to be there.

We'd actually arranged to photograph his brother Patrick, a very young looking sweetie who'd certainly have appealed to lots of you.

But when Patrick turned up he brought older brother Majkl along ("he wants to make sure I don't get into any trouble", we were told) but didn't bring his own ID card with him.

And that, from our point of view, was a disaster. 

You see, here at HMBoys, we're absolutely scrupulous about making sure all our models are of legal age.   That protects us, it protects you and it protects the boys too.

So, even though Patrick said we could go ahead taking his puictures and then he'd go home, get his documents and bring them back, we had to tell him that we were on a tight schedule and wouldn't be able to work with him after all.

But if Majkl wanted to make some money, on the other hand...? 

After all, while the older boy might not be as pretty as Patrick had been, we know that there's more than a few of you out there who, once in a while,  like your boys just a little on the rough side.  Majkl certainly fits that bill - and, if you don't believe us, just take a look at his fingernails where there's enough ingrained dirt to plant a rain forest.

So Majkl it was, then, and we're really quite pleased that we chose him. 

After all, not only did he turn in a hot performance for our camera but, in the end, we actually heard a story from another source that maybe cute young Patrick had "forgotten" to bring that ID card because he wasn't quite 18 yet after all.

So taking his pictures would have been the real mistake!
