Federico

It's not widely appreciated but only just over one in three Americans actually have a passport (see http://www.theexpeditioner.com/2010/02/17/how-many-americans-have-a-passport-2/)

That's pretty good compared with China, where just 1.5% of people have one.

But, truth be told, in international travel the Europeans are clear winners.

Take this week's HMBoy, for instance.  Young Federico was born in Romania and moved from there to Italy.  Nowadays he spends much of his time flying all around western Europe where his many admnirers are keen to accommodate this cute multi-lingual boy for a few weeks at a time - and to confirm, at the same time, that languages aren't the only thing that this talented young man can get his tongue around!

We met young Federico in Prague, the boy capital of Europe (if you think that's still Amsterdam, then, as well-travelled Federico also confirms, you're way behind the times).

Just a month or so ago, he and one of those admirers of his were staying at the city's well-known gay resort Villa Mansland, where we were on location filming.

Of course, just as you'd expect we immediately made our cute cosmopolitan Romanian an offer that he just couldn't refuse, so while his older friend was out one day scouting some of Prague's best-known venues for, we're told, another boy to make up a threesome, Federico put on a show for the HMBoys cameras.

As you can see, it was a cold winter day with snow on the ground, so we didn't linger long in the Villa Mansland garden.

And thankfully our suite (nothing but the best for the HMBoys crew!) was snuggly warm enough to encourage our boy to slip out of his clothes within just a few minutes of coming through the door.

We were certainly delighted with what young Federico had to show us that day, and we're pretty confident that you'll be too.

And, while we're at it, we also wouldn't mind placing a bet that, having seen our boy's pictures, the two-thirds of our American members who presumably don't have passports yet will be getting their application forms completed real quick!
