Hi Sam

I just wanted to thank you for the six-monthly work appraisal you gave me last week.

Before I joined the company, the other guys had told me what a thorough, painstaking boss you were - and, boy, were they right!

I've got to say that I'd never heard of that psychologist you mentioned in our conversation, but I've kept meaning to look him up ever since. His idea that everyone should lose their interpersonal inhibitions in staff interviews by stripping off their clothes - it's really cool!

Anyway, to get to business…

As I mentioned at our meeting I've one or two concerns about some of the upcoming HMBoys - and, in particular, Marty.

Now, I've got to be fair and say that in some ways he is an outstanding addition to the site.

I know that lots of the guys who send me their Hotwires will just fall in love with him.

He could even become the new Ryan!

I guarantee, boss, that any members taking a look at these shots are just gonna be creaming their pants.

All the stuff they e-mail about Ryan - cheeky, friendly, approachable, winning smile, impish grin, and all the rest - they'll be writing about Marty in spades!

And when he actually gets his clothes off completely - well, I've seen a lot of the pictures that boys out there send into the office but I haven't seen anything this good in months.

Boss, I think we've hit on a real winner here!

But, like I said before, I wouldn't be doing my job right if I didn't point out a few little concerns I have.

Firstly, someone's gotta tell Marty that he's gotta be a bit more laid back in the pics.

I mean, you look at one or two of them and you'd think the boy's auditioning for some arty-farty catwalk job.

I mean, what's he think he's playing at?

He's auditioning for a part in a passion play or something?

Sorry to be so nit-picky, boss, but I think you just gotta tell Marty to relax and lighten up a bit.

After all, what do our members want?

The bottom line - sorry for the pun! - is that they want to see a cute boy get his kit off, show us his dick and his ass and maybe jerk off.

So can I suggest that you call Marty in for one of your little chats - a bit of brotherly guidance, maybe?

And remember what that psychologist advised. When he's in that chair in front of you, the best thing to do is to break down all those interpersonal inhibitions by getting him out of his clothes!
